Cole's Towing & Recovery provides light and heavy duty hauling of post accident and improperly parked vehicles throughout Muscogee County. These vehicles are sold free and clear of any existing liens or holds.

VEHICLES WILL BE SOLD AS "DERELICT" UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE LOT LISTING

A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
