Southern Style Towing is responsible for removing vehicles throughout Georgia on behalf of Private Property Owners. Because these vehicles were towed at the request of a private business, a branded title search was not performed. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE

A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.

All vehicles are able to get a title. Some run and drive while others have minor issues that prevent them from running along with some that run but just don't have keys. Most vehicles we sale drive out or can with minor fixes.
