City Tire is responsible for removing vehicles throughout Metro Lincoln County area, branded title search was not performed. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE.

A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
