Southside Wrecker is responsible for removing vehicles throughout Metro Atlanta on behalf of law enforcement. Because these vehicles were towed at the request of law enforcement, a branded title search was not performed. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE.

VIEWING WILL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! RECOMMEND T-22B INSPECTION BEFORE VEHICLES LEAVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES AFTER VEHICLE LEAVES THE PROPERTY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING VEHICLES. MUST BRING HELP.

A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
